This
training course is a four day, two- part
Childbirth Education Programme.
The
first part consists of a 16-hour segment
which covers the Introduction to Hypnosis for
Childbirth (suited for midwives, doctors, doulas,
anyone without knowledge of hypnosis).
Introduction
to Hypnosis for Childbirth is waived for qualified
Hypnotherapists. Applicants will need to show evidence
of credentials prior to registration and attending
the training. It is highly recommended that this
element of the programme is attended by hypnotherapists,
as its application is specific to the HypnoBirthing®
programme taught to parents.
OR
Birth Basics, 16 hour segment for qualified
Hypnotherapists or as a refresher if you had previously
trained and not covered this element.
The
second part
is a 16-hour segment that concludes the Certification
Programme for HypnoBirthing® Practitioner.
There will be a written examination paper on both
Introduction to Hypnosis for Childbirth and the
HypnoBirthing® Practitioner's Certification.
The papers are returned to the Institute for marking
within six weeks of the course.
You will receive the current Institute approved
material at the beginning of your course, including
CD's, DVD's, manuals, scripts, latest available
copy of the HypnoBirthing® Teacher's training
book. Once you have submitted your examination papers,
you will be eligible for support, email newsletters,
practitioners online support and help and, on gaining
your certification, it will be a requirement to
