Terms & Conditions:
1. For Pre-Paid Services and Training there is a 15% non-refundable component to cover administrative costs.
2. A full refund minus the administration fee (15%) will be provided if written cancellation is received by The Alternative Centre 45 days (or greater) before commencement of Service/Training.
3. A refund of 75% minus the administrative fee (15%) will be provided if written cancellation is received by The Alternative Centre 30 days before commencement of Service/Training.
4. Within 30 days of the scheduled commencement date for Service/Training no refunds will be provided unless otherwise agreed in writing by The Alternative Centre.
5. The Alternative Centre reserves the right to re-schedule Services/Training. In the event of Services/Training being re-scheduled less than 45 days prior to the original commencement date of Service/Training, the client is entitled to a full refund if they are unable to accommodate the re-scheduled dates.
If Services/Training has been re-scheduled 45 days or greater prior to the original commencement date no refunds will be provided unless agreed to in writing with The Alternative Centre.
